Every year, the United States Postal Service (USPS) publishes new lines of stamps to commemorate people, events and achievements in history, the arts and culture, science and technology. For a while, it also published a yearly retrospective collector’s book of all these commemorative stamps put in circulation during the year. The book provided context and information on the subject of every new design as well as a full sheet of every stamp which added monetary value to the book. That year, we made every effort to make the book as unique and memorable as the stamps that adorned its pages.
