Like their paper predecessors, holiday e-cards often serve as a company branding tool, providing another venue where brand attributes can be reinforced while delivering a timely, mission-based message. NPR’s cards were no exception. The 2006 card reminded mostly donors and sponsors that NPR was a leading multi-media company, able to connect with its very loyal audience at various intellectual and emotional levels, on several media platforms.
