Iridium subsidiaries, or “Gateways,” were given the choice to customize advertising, sales and communications templates locally, or having it done in the U.S. by our team. The economies of scale enticed a majority of Iridium companies to call on us to produce product literature and service guides. Under the plan that I designed and managed, Iridium Welcome Kits were translated in more than 10 languages (well, 18 to be exact, if you account for variations of French, Spanish and others…), printed in the U.S. and shipped to six regional product distribution hubs around the world.
